Once the job is complete our staff are always on hand to take payments either by cash or by cheque.

Go Cardless

Gocardless is a fully automated payment that uses direct debit to take payments.
Payments are only taken once your windows have been cleaned and are not setup for a specific date. You will always be notified 3 days in advance by email of when a payment is to be taken and for the exact amount.
Direct debit is the UK's safest payment method for customers. As you can get a full immediate refund from your bank if taken in error or fraudulently no questions asked.
You are still in full control of the payments. They can be cancelled at any time and payments can't be taken unless you have been given notice in advance.

Cheques

No cash? no problem we can process cheque payments too.

If you would like to send a cheque please follow the steps below:-

- Write our 8 Digit Account Number (43041041) & 6 Digit Sort Code (04-00-03) on the back of the cheque in top left corner
- Please make the cheque payable to: Kevin Bancroft
- Take a photo of the front and back of the cheque for reference
- Post the cheque to :Monzo, PO Box 7628, Bilston, WV14 4DG
- Add your address so that we know which customer is paying
- You will receive confirmation from EWC within 3 to 6 working days of posting the cheque.
All cheques sent are the senders responsibility and Essential Window Cleaners are not liable for anything that is not received.

BACs

If you are not a regular customer and want to pay online you can always pay by bacs.
